- At the end of this short course the students are able to deal with from a diagnostic and therapeutic point of view the most common diseases of the gastrointestinal tract of the considered species.
- Prerequisites
- The Student must have passed the examination of Internal medicine I. The Student should have acquired a good clinical practice in both large and small animals .

This is only practical in two types:
Students divided into small groups and with the support of a teacher, are called to express clinical diagnosis, diagnostic plan and therapy in clinical cases that spontaneously occur to the Veterinary Teching Hospital (OVUD) - Service of gastroenterology.
Students divided into small groups and with the support of a teacher, discuss clinical cases were presented at the OVUD, based on the medical records. - Other information
