Extended program | Main techniques for the execution of: 1- Susceptibility testing: - Dilution method: definition of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration. - Method for diffusion (Kirby-Bauer). - E-test. - Fast phenotypic susceptibility testing 2- Urine culture. 3- Liquor examination. 4- Blood cultures. 5- Micro-macroscopic stool examination. 6- Collection of biological samples. 7- Concentration, conservation and fixation techniques. 8- Elective colors. 9- Identification of the main intestinal parasites (protozoa and worms). 10- Collection and identification of blood protozoa. 11- Molecular and serumimmunological techniques. 12- Automatic methods. |
