- The course aims to offer students knowledge of the administrative system of the European Union. Premise some preliminary notions on the community order and on the competences of the Union, the course proposes to explain the peculiar features of the European administration, the peculiar logics of its functioning, the rules and principles that govern it, the intersections with the national administrative systems Member States

- Educational objectives
- At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
identify the special features of the administrative law of the European Union, its component of integration with national administrative rights, the peculiar conformation of the European administration; analyze some European administrative procedures and identify their distinctive characteristics with respect to national procedures; know the European administrative justice system. - Prerequisites
No special specialist knowledge is required. However, mastery of the essential elements of public and constitutional law is important, especially knowledge of the Constitution.- Teaching methods
